Who is eligible
- Primary residence, legally existing
- Energy class C or lower
- No income exclusion — income only determines the percentage
- One application per Tax ID and per property
What the program covers
Technical Credibility
How frames make the difference
The thermal transmittance coefficient Uw shows how much heat escapes through the frame. The closer to zero, the better the insulation.
Thermal break
Polyamide bars separate the inner and outer aluminium profile, interrupting the thermal bridge. Your home keeps its temperature — warm inside, cold out.
Glazing
Double or triple glazing with Low-E coating and argon gas for maximum thermal and sound insulation, with certified airtightness.

Energy Inspection
First energy inspection by a certified engineer to issue the Energy Performance Certificate.
Online Application
Submit the application on the program's online platform using your Taxisnet credentials.
Implementation
Select contractors and begin energy upgrade works (windows, insulation, heating systems, etc.).
2nd Inspection & Disbursement (EPC B')
Second energy inspection certifying the upgrade and final disbursement of the grant.

How much is the subsidy?
From 50% to 100% of eligible cost, depending on individual/family income and special categories (e.g. disabled, large families, disaster victims).
What is the maximum eligible cost?
Up to €35,000 (incl. VAT) per application, also based on the estimated energy savings.
Is frame replacement covered?
Yes. Energy-efficient aluminium frames are among the core eligible interventions of the program.
How long do I have to complete the works?
The timeline is defined by each program cycle. We inform you of the current deadlines during the application.
